- JJohnWashington, D.C. Area •3 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoWe had an absolutely wonderful time. Lea, was the best server we’ve ever had. The food was great. I went with the brisket and ribs, along with Mac and cheese and brussel sprouts. My wife had a smash burger. The ribs were among the best I ever had.More infoThe FallsPrice: Moderate• American• Falls Church•4.6

- PPeterWashington, D.C. Area •1 review5.0Dined 3 days agoI had a wonderful experience yesterday evening with a friend at the Capital Grill,in Tysons Corner. The food was excellent. The ingredients were of a high-quality and well prepared. My friend and I started with the calamari with cherry peppers. It was so good that I could easily find myself returning to the restaurant for that alone. The calamari was lightly fried and spiced with the most delicious peppers. The serving size was generous, but not oversized. The filet mignon was cooked just right and impressed us as also being of the highest quality. We also enjoyed very much the side dishes of potatoes, asparagus, and corn which were also carefully prepared and which complemented our filets perfectly. We skipped wine for this meal, but did enjoy their signature cocktails. Although I don’t usually order a restaurant signature drinks, as they are too often gimmicky and overpriced, these were just the opposite. I certainly intend to order them the next time I go to the restaurant. But as good as the food was, the experience was taken to the next level by the superb wait staff and their support team. We were extremely fortunate to be served by Jose G. who really set the bar for how to provide the very best restaurant, service. He was prompt, helpful, genial, and never overbearing. We had the feeling that he was nearby if we needed him for anything, but he was never in any way intrusive. José truly made it a wonderful dining experience for us. I could go on about the beautiful interior design, of the restaurant or how every employee that we interacted with was friendly and eager to be of assistance, but suffice to say this is a restaurant we look forward to returning to in the very near future.More infoThe Capital Grille - Tysons CornerPrice: Very Expensive• Steakhouse• Tysons Corner / McLean•4.8
- LLouVIPWashington, D.C. Area •83 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoWe once again enjoyed our meals at Ruthie's All Day in Arlington, VA. I had the Curried Shrimp and my wife had the Grilled Salmon. Our sides of greens, arugula & fennel salad, macaroni & cheese and coleslaw were excellent, as usual. We shared the Hush Puppies appetizer and the Maple Apple Cobbler dessert, which were also excellent. I had two cups of very good chamomile tea. Our server was very good, as we've come to expect at Ruthie's.More infoRuthie's All-DayPrice: Moderate• American• Arlington•4.8
- RRyanAustin •1 review5.0Dined 6 days agoMy experience at 2941 was absolutely fantastic. My girlfriend and I dined there for her birthday, and we both ordered from the prix fixe menu. When we got there they gave us custom menus with her name on it, which I thought was pretty cool. I have a very severe nut allergy, and our server, I believe his name was Mike Z, took every precaution possible to ensure I was safe to eat there. The food was truly delicious also. I’m not much of a foodie, but everything we had was so good. We ordered the braised short ribs, and they fell apart in our mouths. Plus, we received two complimentary desserts on account of her birthday, and those were phenomenal as well. The service was outstanding, and though it wasn’t a cheap evening, it was manageable at the end of the night. I’ve paid much more for less food at restaurants in Ohio, so to get the quality of food and the beautiful setting at 2941 for less than I paid for at other places was a treat. When we were ready to leave, we asked for directions to the parking garage, and the hostess personally accompanied us to show us how to get to our car. The service was just wonderful all around. I’ll definitely be going back at some point!More info2941 RestaurantPrice: Expensive• French American• Falls Church•4.9
