- MMichaelDallas - Fort Worth •2 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoA Christmas tradition for me and my family! Very e joyable experience. Typically I get the famous pork chop however the Prime Rib caught my eye. The prime rib was well cooked (med rare). I will say I was expecting some Smoked flavor however the prime rib had an extreme smoked taste which was overpowering. I ate around most of the char, but in my opinion and those of a couple of us, you should cut back on the smoke preparation for the prime rib. We will definitely return and I will definitely return to the pork chop selection! Thank you for a wonderful Christmas Eve meal/tradition. We ordered three different steaks each cooked at three different temperatures. They all came out together, at the perfect temperature. This is NOT easy to do! The taste was incredible- juicy, perfect color with just a hint of woody flavor. Not too salty. Our server Brandi was amazing, attentive but not over bearing. We engaged in polite conversation and her sides and dessert recommendations were spot on. I would highly recommend Town Hearth if ever you’re in Dallas! Our waiter (I wish I could remember his name!) was hands down the best server I’ve ever had in Dallas—so attentive, charming, and genuinely delightful. He made our experience unforgettable. As for the food, it’s perfection every time. The spicy shrimp pasta has to be my favorite dish in Dallas—bold flavors, perfectly cooked, and just the right amount of heat. I could eat it every day! The Charles has mastered the art of creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere while delivering top-notch service and food. We’ll be back again and again!More infoThe CharlesPrice: Very Expensive• Contemporary Italian• West Dallas•4.8
