We had 4 courses, and then they bring a little something between or before all courses, such as little breads, a pre-dessert, they even brought these little 'corn dogs' that were actually duck, and presented so that they looked like the plant called cat-tails. I love to bring colleagues from abroad to experience this high quality, upscale spin on southern food. It really sets a high bar! Of course, we came in like a storm and too many people followed us from the office, and the staff (especially Olivia W) handled it with grace, kindness, and humor. The food is ALWAYS amazing. The presentation of the plates, the quality of ingredients, and the environment just make for an overall wonderful experience.
