From the moment we arrived until the last sip of tea, this was an excellent experience. The food was delicious and the staff were incredible friendly and knowledgable. The waitstaff went the extra mile to ensure we had a lovely experience. Special mention to Anth who's attention to detail and enthusiasm were incredible and took our experience to the next level. We had the most delicious and enjoyable afternoon tea at The Royal Lancaster Hotel on 14th December. Despite being very early for our appointment we were accommodated in another part of the hotel which was just perfect. The service was outstanding and the smallest detail and request attended to swiftly and perfectly. The creations of the pastry chef were quite amazing and delicious. Great artistry. My party of husband, daughter-in-law, granddaughter and myself had the most wonderful experience. Thank you.

Tried Benjamin's Restaurant for the first time and loved it. The staff were so welcoming and accommodating. And the restaurant is very stylish and well kept. The chef is very friendly too and even gave us some complimentary starters! The food is very well presented and delicious. Will definitely come back soon..their breakfast menu looks tasty!
