We made a reservation through OpenTable for a Saturday evening, four people. When we arrived, there was no one at the host desk. We and another party waited for several minutes. I was heading toward the kitchen to find out if anyone could help us, when the hostess came to the desk. Once she arrived, she was very friendly and quickly got both parties seated. I don't think I needed the reservation; there were many empty tables. Noise level was low. Our waiter came by promptly and took our drink orders. He returned with drinks and the biscuits, which were delicious. We ordered fish and chips (two), grilled mahi and blackened trout. We also got sides - cole slaw, broccoli, and orzo rice The food came out quickly and was hot. Everything tasted good and we enjoyed the meal. The fried cod has a crispy batter and flaky inside -- very nice. There was a mix up on one of the sides, but it was resolved. Our waiter checked in on us several times and kept our drinks replenished. All in all, we had an excellent meal at a reasonable price with friendly service. I was expecting to see more of a crowd there. The food is really good, although the ambience is a bit too quiet and dark.
