Fine Italian food in the very centre of Birmingham is Cucina Rustica's trademark, a comfortable, atmospheric Italian restaurant popular with both locals and tourists visiting this vibrant city. Although modern and slick in its execution, the choice of deep earthy colours and moody lighting, tactile materials such as wood and stone and the addition of characterful contemporary art and healthy, verdant plants give Cucina Rustica that slight traditional feel suggested by its name and a certain cosiness that gives it a home from home feel.     Have been going here for a few years now and it never disappoints with the quality of food or service, took my partner for the first time last night and loved the whole experience food was amazing

    Booked for my sons 16th, never been before but will definitely be booking again, beautiful place, staff are so friendly and professional and food was amazing, we all had a lovely night and they even came out with a dessert with a candle in it for my son, very thoughtful, normally everyone stands around singing happy birthday ( which my son hates) but they gave the dessert very discreetly and was very much appreciated, looking forward to returning soon.

    Lovely food, really fast service. from walking in to our mains arriving was less Than 30 mins wait on a busy night on valentines day, would definitely recommend and go again.
