   The food is good and really aesthetically pleasing but plenty went wrong that honestly I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. We saw our server max 3 times. The only things our server brought to the table was water and the bill. AND THE GLASSES OF WATER WERENT CLEAN AND THERE WAS FOOD PARTICLES IN THEM. We had to ask the guy running food 20 minutes later to replace them because we literally could not find our waitress. The guy running food pretty much helped us the whole night. If it wasn’t for him we wouldn’t have gotten our drinks, food, utensils, napkins, or clean water. I get having an off night so we still tipped 18% in cash, but i regret doing so because as we walked out we saw our waitress just chilling on her phone and laughing at whatever she was looking at and overheard another couple complain that they had been sitting for 30 minutes without being able to order. I’d skip unless you want photos.

   Food wasn’t good, service was horrible, and drinks weren’t that good. Plus they overcharge you with no explanation. Stay away from this place. Ambience isn’t everything.

   The food was good, served promptly and hot! The service was impeccable, even with the large crowd! The ambience for the holiday compares to none. It was awesome! We will definitely return in the near future and most definitely around the holidays to come!

   The experience is expensive to say the least. Everything on the menu is around $20. For two people eating hamburgers and drinks came to $145. Our brussels sprouts were completely burnt to say the least. Fries are Not included in the meal they are extra. They had an automatic 20% gratuity and I feel that the waiter did not deserve that because he really wasn’t that great. I hope somehow they do split the tip with the food runners. The restaurant is cute, but I think once seeing it is good enough.

   There was a 90 minute table limit. Our waitress forgot our dessert and when we reminded her she put it in then and we waited 30 minutes till it was served. Then she came over and asked us to leave because we were going to run over our 90 minute limit. When we told her we waited for our dessert, she lied and said it was ready on time. Horrible customer service. Horrible food.

   Craftsman Row was festive and lively. Honestly, our group has had much better holiday themed drinks elsewhere and the food was lacking. The buffalo shrimp fries were so disappointing as it consisted of shrimp pieces sprinkled on top of fries. The best and most festive items were the milkshakes. The boozy bananas foster milkshake is definitely a must try.

   The waitress was extremely slow. Didn’t check on us, refill water, etc. My group and I kept having to stop other servers to help us. The place was not busy. It took an excessive amount of time for our food to come out too. We were then told a time limit was made for our table. My group and I had only need there an hour and a half and were physically eating when we were told to get up. It was upsetting after it look a long time for our food to arrive. Our food was great, horrible service. Expect a 20% gratuity applied to you bill regardless of service. Our waitress acted like she didn’t care about waiting on her customers because a 20% tip was automatically placed on the bill. This is upsetting from a group of people who were in the service industry for years.

   The Christmas vibe was incredible. The food was very good as well. Delicious burgers and sandwiches. Elevated bar food. The festive salad was very good. My specialty cocktail was mediocre for the price. We didn’t order a milkshake, but from what we saw from other tables, they looked amazing. Definitely worth a stop for sure.
