COYA takes guests on an immersive journey to Latin America through exceptional, authentic Peruvian food, sophisticated drinks and unforgettable parties.

Offering guests an innovatively curated menu, which keeps traditional elements of Peruvian cooking alive.​ The menu features global DNA signature dishes and unique plates inspired by Dubai and UAE.​ The menu offers an array of dishes that are light and healthy; delicious ceviche’s (popular diced seafood), mouth-watering tiraditos (sliced raw fish), and anticuchos (grilled fish, meat and vegetable skewers).​

The Pisco Bar draws inspiration from the oldest fun, buzzing bars in Lima.​ Bright, colourful and lively, it's a one stop destination bar.​ It also houses its very own pisco library (the largest in the city!), offering a diverse selection of infusions, created by the team.​ The beautiful cocktail menu is both unique and exciting, featuring fine and rare tequilas and an extensive rum variety.​

    Food was good however open table says that the restaurant is in the marina when it wasn’t so the location needs to be moved

    This was our second visit to this place. We have again selected the tasting menu and were not disappointed although it was served quite fast. After initial feedback the dishes were coming at right pace and we could enjoy both the food and wine. We will return in future, once the menu is changed.

    dear restaurant manager, I am writing this to complaint about the restaurant and the experience I had. I ordered food that looked great on the picture on the menu. and when I had the food it looked so different the one I saw on the menu. Also the food was so cold and I was not able to eat it. The food looked like it has been cooked couple hours before I ordered it. I am writing this letter to inform you about the bad experience I had at the restaurant and I hope you accept this letter and make things better next time..

    There were crying kids which hindered the experience. You should put small kids in a separate area because some of us left our kids for the overall experience

    Very bad service. At the beginng waiter asked about my allergies - nuts and oranges. Unfortunately they didn’t take it into consideration and I received dishes with allergens.
