   Every dish and side were perfectly prepared and served exactly as ordered (even for a no-salt member of our party). The server was highly attentive and professional throughout, while consistently welcoming. The only thing I’d watch is the overall cost per person; everything needs to be impeccable.

   In a very good location. Appetizers of short ribs and crab cakes were very good. Roasted oysters could have used more time in the oven. They came out cool in some of the shells even though topping was cooked and crispy. Trout with the spinach and beets was my favorite part of the meal. Ample frites were provided

   Varied menu of well-prepared salads and entrees. Long list of local draft beer. Good place for a tasty bite.

   We went for brunch. Lots of choices from breakfast-ish to lunch-ish. My husband ordered venison chili as an appetizer, which he enjoyed, and a traditional benedict which he also enjoyed but parts of it were oddly cold (he wasn't sure if it was the egg or the hollandaise). I got the bagel and lox with a side of grits - Grits were fabulous, light and fluffy, a bit of cheese flavor to make them interesting. The bagel was okay, but I found that having pickled onion on top instead of raw softened the onion's sharpness but added a different sharp note. Plus, I missed the crunch of the raw onions and the pickled onions had a bit too much liquid that dripped off. This of course is only my opinion. I'm eager to return to try other items, at other times of day. I definitely recommend trying Copperwood Tavern!

   We were at Copperwood for Sunday Brunch in celebration of my daughter's birthday. We were a party of 9 who arrived at 10:30 AM and stayed until 1:15 -- a long time. Nonetheless, they treated us like royalty the whole time. It was a great event for our friends and family. Thank you Copperwood. Well done.

   An unfortunate disappointment. The food looked good---but it was totally tasteless. What else is there to say? The fried green tomatoes were both overcooked and tough (and tasteless). The fried chicken was tender, but tasteless. And so on. Won't return.

    Great ambiance! Staff was very friendly. Food was really good (pork chop and steak salad). Very nice selection of bourbon and beer. I enjoy coming back to this place each time.
