   The music was to loud! We could not hear each other. We asked the waters to turn it down, but it was live music. We really couldn’t talk properly 😰

   The music was excruciatingly loud…unnecessarily loud. The food was incredible and the head chef take great pride in his work. When they cut the meat at your table, expect food to fly all over the table and into your drink lol

   So upon arrival are table wasn't ready (which was not a problem given the fact it's all u can eat) when we finally got seated it took about 20 mins before food started to come out. We ordered 2 bottles of wine aswell. The food was greate except only 2 meat cuts were coming to the table. We were there for 2 hours and only had top sirloin come to are table 2 times. The 2nd time was because we had to ask the chef himself. Me and my partner don't eat alot of parmesian steak which seemed to always come to are table. After finally starting to get full from the cuts we actually lile.. we were constantly being approached by are waitress and felt as if we are being rushed. She rushed us with dessert. AFTER receiving the dessert she came up no more then 5 mims after with are bills. 2 minutes after that (WHILE WE STILL HAD WINE in are glasses) she asked us to leave because we are over are "time limit". We felt heavily ignored. They were very attentive to the larger tables. No waitress came around to refill are drinks. I do not feel it's worth what we had to pay which was over 550. With an 18% gratitude tip. With the prices cabanas service should be top notch. I understand there is a time limit but if they is extra money being spent it should be accommodated for.

   This was a great experience from beginning to end. We came early as we were meeting some people and they did not mind. Rosa the waitress was exceptional going above and beyond with her personality and service. The manager or owner was delightful and checked in to ensure everything was great. Our meet servers were so friendly and top notch. Thank you for a wonderful experience

   I would have rated our overall experience higher but it was my birthday and the server totally forgot about us near the end nor did she ask anything. And one of the services (the asian) guy kept skipping our table he was really rude and showing us attitude for no reason. There was once guy that was very sweet that was serving the meat he made up for the other servers, there was a point we were waiting at least 20 mins for meat. Its a shame that some staff ruined it. Food was great but definitely not a place to celebrate a birthday, they will not treat you well

   We went on a Saturday with a 730 reservation. We were seated at 8 pm, and there is nowhere to stand/sit to wait. We were jammed into a corner, a plant knocked over and landed on a table with guests. The heated patio is not heated, so make sure to have a coat in case you end up in the patio. The side dishes are very limited, but they are very tasty. The servers were all great, always smiling while serving, and very polite. The issue we had was the wait time to get any food options. We would have a small slice of meat and then wait 10 minutes for another to come along. We continued to get the same 4 kinds of meat, and at one point, 25 minutes had gone by, and we still had no servers at our table. When a waitress came over to see how we were doing, I did inform her we still hadn't got our drinks, we keep seeing the basket of bread going around but never stopping at our table and the shrimp, chicken, pineapple, ribs, salmon and what looked to be pork never even made it to our table ( which we had now been seated for 1hr). I wish I had caught her name, because she was excellent! She had our drinks out right away, brought over the bread basket, and had servers with many different options at our table within minutes of each other. I think the place has too many guests and not enough staff and for the cost ( $225 for 2 ppl including tip) there needs to be a better solution to making sure the servers are getting to all tables. Overall, the food tastes great, the servers are very friendly, but the system or lack there of, doesn't work and it's too crowded.

   Amazing time once again however the host and the front was very lost and didn’t seem like she knew what she was doing .. I had a reservation for 615 and wasn’t seated until 645 .. on top of that she placed us at the front door where all the traffic was we had to ask to sit anywhere else but the front door . That took another 15 min for someone to clean the table and set it Other then that our server was phenomenal always made sure we were okay The food was fantastic! Rough start but great overall experience

   Went with a group of 7 (4 adults and 3 kids) . This restaurant cannot accommodate big groups especially on a Friday , Saturday or Sunday. They need to just stop taking reservations and walk in until they can serve tables properly. This is the third (now the last time) this has happened but remarkably each time consecutively gets worse and worse. Appetizers took about 20 minutes to roll out. After, we were served the meat for about 35 minutes then they stopped serving us. They started to ask if we wanted any requests . But none of them were made until we were fed up and asked for the bill. We waited over 40 minutes for anything to even be served to us. We made our requests with 4 separate servers, but nothing was delivered . The table beside us arrived before us (table of two) were continuously served while we sat and waited and watched. Unfortunate that every single time we went it was for a special occasion and the service had been horrible. Our bill ( $700 later ) came out in seconds . Machine and servers for our bill came remarkably fast. Left without even being served any dessert. A huge disappointment. Everyone left hungry. Will not go again. 3 strikes

   Staff was really amazing. food also was great. they arranged a nice celebration for my wife birthday and did all they can do to make our dinner amazing. The only issue that there was a huge group on one of the tables with endless requests from the staff that made them so busy all the time. almost all food served gone to this table. I know this is not an issue from restaurant. However, you may need to be ready for this kind of guests.

    I recently dined at Copa Cabana Steakhouse and had a generally enjoyable experience. The atmosphere was decent, creating a comfortable environment for a nice meal. The food was very good – flavorful and well-prepared, showcasing quality ingredients that made it well worth the visit. Our server was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing excellent service and making sure we had everything we needed. The pricing was fair for what was offered, making it a good value overall. However, I did notice a few areas for improvement. The decor could use some updating, and the cleanliness wasn’t quite up to par. Also, I was a bit disappointed to find that there was no salad bar available, which I usually look forward to at steakhouses. Overall, I’d recommend Copa Cabana for the food and service but suggest they pay a bit more attention to decor and cleanliness to enhance the dining experience fully.
