The food was average to above average. The ambience of the restaurant, is really made for group settings and not a couple setting. The noise level is very high and it’s very very bright. Overall, we would do it again, but it would not be my first choice

Our server #40398 / "CatM" was very good, very nice. She remembered her training and asked us after we were seated and she greeted us whether we were celebrating anything - we were, in fact, celebrating my birthday, one day after. At the end of our meal she brought us a very nice little dessert - unfortunately, that was not comped, but was added to our bill! It was only $7, but I felt a bit scammed when I reviewed the bill today! Also, there was somewhat of a delay n bringing us our dinner, which I did not really mind, my wife and I were enjoying ourselves (I was especially enjoying the "White Wine Flight" - an excellent idea!). But when our dinner came, my Filet Mignon was a bit more rare than the medium rare I ordered, which would have been fine, but it was just barely warm. It should have much warmer, even very warm. I might suggest you ask staff to inquire of guests ordering steaks how much "pink" would they like.

Two of us dined on a busy, holiday Thursday evening surrounded by tables with parties of 6 or more. Service by Chelsie and team was terrific! Potstickers and Caesar salad were excellent, but unfortunately our entree, the build-your-own Surf & Turf (and priciest menu item) arrived only slightly warm and definitely over-cooked. We elected not to send it back, but certainly would have if we’d had the time to spare. We’ve always had great meals at CH…this was likely just an off night.

They brought out the wrong food order (ordered filet but got another steak instead). The manager came over and apologized to us while we waited for the right food order. It was nice the server told him and he came over. Appreciate CH having a service minded team.

Our server was great, but it was obvious that the kitchen was very busy as it took a very long time to receive our food. When we did my son's steak did arrive, it was very, very rare. We sent it back to the kitchen and they said they would go ahead and cook it further. When he received it the second time it was still very, very rare. Even our server was upset that it came back that way. We decided it was not worth waiting again. It was my kid's birthday and we were very disappointed in the food.
