   Friendly staff, Attractive restaurant inside and nice to have an outdoor water view. Our waitress was attentive and professional. Hot individual cuban bread per guest is a nice touch. 1905 individual salad, nice table side presentation, flavor was good, pricey for single portion side salad. Overall, A little pricey for Spanish food and flavors were ok. I was expecting very flavorful and it was just ok. Table side sangria was a nice presentation, but pricey and again was expecting great flavors and it was just ok. If I go back, no alcohol drinks, no salad and just entree to make it a reasonable expense and try a different entree to give another chance.

   We drove one hour and 30 minutes to have an early dinner at the Columbia restaurant. Our meal was amazing and so was the service.

   A great location for lunch or dinner. The food is very good but the atmosphere and view of the Gulf is fantastic. Our server, Cindy Z, was knowledgeable, professional, and most of all fun.

   The ambiance at Columbia Restaurant is warm and inviting, making for a great dining experience. The service was attentive and friendly, adding to the overall positive atmosphere. The 1905 Salad was good, but unfortunately, the paella was overcooked/mushy, which was a bit disappointing. However, the meal ended on a high note with their white chocolate bread pudding—absolutely the best part! Rich, flavorful, and perfectly executed. Despite the paella mishap, the experience was still enjoyable.

   I love Columbia, don’t get me wrong. I have been to almost all of their establishments. Sand Key is nice once you’re inside. The parking is beyond minimal so be prepared to be forced to either valet or walk for at least a half a mile. I refuse to pay 6 dollars for valet when there are NO other parking due to parking lot shared with another restaurant and other small businesses. The parking lot is a disaster.

    Our waiter Sean was amazing!!! He made the whole experience a 10/10! Gotta start with the salad and side of shrimp! We ended up sharing the dinner paella, it was good, but it wasn’t the best thing I’ve ever eaten. Going back to explore more of the menu.
