   Restaurant appeared understaffed upon arrival. One valet driver to start, with a line. Same with reservations. Ours was an hour behind but well worth the wait. The view from the deck was astonishing. But there were unbussed tables with sea gulls abound. The inside noise was...loud! As it was, our waiter was entertaining but preoccupied with other tables and inefficient in getting our order correct. Overall, our out-of-town guests were satisfied with their meals. Not the best idea for dinner during peak season on the beach.

   This testaurant is quite noisy in the indoor dining area. We asked for outdoor dining and it was not very noisy at all. The food and service were top notch.

   This was a memorable experience. The restaurant had a nice Spanish influence in the decor. I was greeted promptly and politely at the host station. I enjoyed a drink at the bar with excellent bar staff. My Old Fashioned was the best I've ever had. When my table was ready the hostess took me to an outdoor patio table overlooking the intracoastal waterway. Juan was my server and did an excellent job. The 1905 salad prepared at the table was very good. It is a lot for an appetizer salad. My meal was still very hot when delivered. The mahi mahi tasted excellent. If dessert is an option, I recommend the flan. This is my third visit to a Columbia Restaurant and I've never been disappointed.
