   The food, atmosphere, and service were all impeccable!! I highly recommend the Ropa Vieja and the chocolate flan (and s Cuban coffee) 😋

   Always love this place- amazing salad and bread! The environment- beautiful dining area- all make it a favorite! Only issue is, you will pay $17 for a salad with majority of lettuce and tomatoes. It keeps getting smaller so not really a meal if you order it alone. But it is absolutely delicious.

   We were sat in the bar area - which was fine - except the lights were all on very high killing the ambiance. The thermostat (I was facing it) read 77 degrees. So extra warm. And the restaurant was absolutely filthy. No one had bothered to clean the floor so there was left over food everywhere. Not just crumbs. There was an actual 1/2 loaf of bread on the floor next to us. Rather than sweep, servers just kept stepping it it making a bigger mess. My food was cold when it arrived. Table was sticky. Just an overall poor dining experience. It’s a shame as this was a “special” restaurant for us that we’ve visited dozens of times. Probably not going back. On the plus side: very reasonable prices for this area.

   This dinner was at 6:00 on a Sat. night so you know this place was busy. We had 6 people in our party and everyone had a different dish. 4 of the party had never been to this Columbia and they were impressed with the restaurant and unique setting. Everyone was extremely pleased with their meals and the service was excellent. We highly recommend this restaurant.

   Always a pleasure to dine at Columbia’s. Food and service are great. 1905 salad is our favorite.

   Despite having a reservation for the dining room, we were sat at the very back (literally a table against the furthest wall) of the bar area. It was the smallest possible table for 2 as we could not even fit our dinners properly on the table. Asked if we could possibly move to any of the other empty tables around and were told they were reserved. In the hour we spent there, those tables never were filled and that was very disappointing. Otherwise, the food was great as always and we still enjoyed our meal

   I normally love the Columbia and the love was awesome. We were sat in a strange section of the restaurant with a waiter who barely paid us any attention. We couldn’t even get 4 menus brought for the 4 people at our table so we shared. This is not the normal Columbia experience but I would think twice before returning to the Celebration location. My husband sat for almost the whole meal with an empty Diet Coke, I was never offered an additional sangria when my glass was empty and my friend also sat with no drink. We just drank our water. I made the reservation last week and kind of shocked we weee seated in a dark room away from other tables. It was as just not a great experience minus the food.

   A reservation definitely makes a difference here. People trying to get a table were told to come back in 30 minutes- and this was at 5:00pm. We were seated without issue. The 1905 salad is an absolute favorite! The delicious crusty Cuban bread could be a meal in itself.

   Phenomenal! We came here for an anniversary lunch for me and my partner and it was such an intimate and beautiful time! Worth the experience and will be back and the sweet gesture of a delicious piece of flan was the best touch

    The hostess - Ana- is amazing! we love the 1905 house salad and dine here anytime we are nearby (we live an hour away) Ana is always so friendly, prompt and kind. She is juggling a full schedule most of the time. Ana needs a round of applause! today it was 50 degrees outside so all patrons were inside.
