   Was such a nice atmosphere with delicious food. We loved the ambiance and the live piano player. She was amazing! A wonderful evening!

   Everything was terrific, restaurant was very pretty driving up driveway with lights everywhere. They have valet parking, nice touch!. Walked in to a piano being played. Seated in the front with large windows to look out. I had a caesar salad with shrimp and my husband had a filet with all the fixing. Did not feel rushed, waiter was fantastic. Food arrived to table at a good pace. Would definitely recommend!

   Lovely dinner to celebrate Valentine’s Day. We had haddock and salmon. Each fish dish was delicious. Service was great. It’s a lovely place with views to the grounds all around.

   We've utilized for the past three years Clay Hill farms for Christmas lunches. Food has always been great, ambiance really cool. Our servers have always been great to deal with. Last Christmas we had 12 folks @ our luncheon. Went smooth as all get out!!!

   Sat us at 6:45, 15 mins before our reservation (party of 2). There were large blocks of time in which our waitstaff went missing. The lobster bisque was awful and seemed microwaved (cold on top, 800 degrees near the bottom of bowl) and smelled weird. The salmon was room temperature and the sides looked like play dough stuffed with lobster chunks. The table and chairs looked like they were teleported from a 1992 banquet hall.We finally got our check at ~9:00. I would not go back, ever. What was intended to be a romantic night out ended up being a night of full of disappointment.

   All in all, a great Valentine's Day dining experience. Food was great, service great, and ambiance was very nice. Our only complaint is that our daughter had called ahead and asked that the first round of drinks, as well as a small cake for dessert, be complimentary, and charged to her credit card. None of this was ever communicated to us by the staff and we never received any cake. We only found out after getting home later when she called us. Her card was charged for the first round of drinks, but nothing about it was ever said to us when we got them and I didn't examine the bill that closely to notice anything. And they told her that they just forgot the cake. Not a deal breaker-just disapointing that a nice gesture by her that was totally mis-handled and unrecognized. Aside from that, it was a great experience and I am sure that we will go back someday.
