   We come here often. It wasn’t that busy but it took over an hour to have our food order taken. Personally my steak and tomato’s were cold and tough. My husband’s was warm (his was rare and mine was medium, so go figure). Everything was off. If anyone reads this, I suspect this was a terribly off (more than just the items mentioned), but try it. It truly is one of our go to places.

   We split a Porterhouse. My wife had the filet and I had the strip. Both were awful, especially mine with gristle throughout. We are from Cincinnati and dine frequently at Jeff Ruby’s steakhouses, so we know good steaks. In addition, we ordered “baked sweet potatoes” and thought that meant some form of casserole, not just a simple baked potato for $12. We have dined at Chops many times before and this time brought another couple with us for their first trip. Too many other good restaurants in Naples for us to be back.

   Every single bite and sip was delicious. Highly recommend. Restaurants in this area are inconsistent with quality and service, and we are often disappointed with them. NOT so with Chops-dependably high quality and quality chef preparations. Outstanding!

   Excellent crab and lobster cake, onion rings and Australian Wagyu filet. Asparagus were just okay. Organic apples dessert fabulous. Peter our server was knowledgeable and helpful. Great place for a date during the week when it’s not too crowded

   Carlos was our server and he was exceptional. His attention to detail and charisma made for an amazing dining experience. This was my 3rd or 4th time dining at chops. I will say that the tomahawk for 2 didn’t quite live up to my expectation this time around. I have had it the last 2 times and it was phenomenal. This time around it was a bit over cooked and wasn’t really worth the price tag attached. But like I said, Carlos and his amazing vibes made up for it in a way. The au gratin jalepeno potatoes and corn crème brûlée was phenomenal. Will definitely come back in a few months and give a chance to some other amazing beef options a try.

    Our waiter was perfect: he gave us time to order and the courses were brought out with ample time between. He explained the menu items and offered recommendations. He was personable and I would love for him to be our waiter the next visit.
