Chop was created for people who love sharing, connecting and everything steak. We are proud to offer a menu that shares our commitment to sustainable beef sourcing, serving high-quality cuts of 100% Canadian beef. It isn’t just the meat that’s special – it’s also how we cook it. Our Montague broiler cooks at up to 1800 °F, giving a beautiful crust and flavour to every steak! We slow roast our prime rib in a humidity-controlled oven, keeping it mouth-watering and tender. And we put this level of care into each of our hand-crafted drinks, and from-scratch dishes, including plant-based and seafood options, with something for everyone to enjoy. All of this quality comes with friendly hospitality in warm and energetic rooms. Our appy was mind blowing !! Tuna tataki we both shared was delicious!! Our steaks were cooked perfectly the veggies I could have had more assortment….but was enjoyable .

Had a great steak that was cooked to medium rare as ordered. The server was professional and friendly and come by the table just enough times to provide exceptional service.

We enjoyed our evening meal at Chop, our waiter was great! He was very attentive to our needs, our meals; halibut and prime rib were prepared to our liking. We finished off the meal with the desert trio, two of the three hit the mark, unfortunately the New York cheese cake was not as fresh as we would have expected.

The food at Chop is usually delicious and carefully prepared and plated. In this case, on a Monday evening, the prime rib came as ordered, which was medium rare. The filet mignon was also ordered as medium rare, but came as medium well done, not what i had irdered and a very unusual way for a kitchen to treat an expensive steak like filet mignon. I was very hungry so I are it after pointing out the issue to the server and the manager. There was no compensation for this. It's partly my own fault for not sending it back to the kitchen, as i should have. Service was excellent otherwise.

The food was great and the lounge was busy but not overly loud. Our server, "Ms. Leo", was very attentive and friendly. Wonderful experience!
