Chop was created for people who love sharing, connecting and everything steak. We are proud to offer a menu that shares our commitment to sustainable beef sourcing, serving high-quality cuts of 100% Canadian beef. It isn’t just the meat that’s special – it’s also how we cook it. Our Montague broiler cooks at up to 1800 °F, giving a beautiful crust and flavour to every steak! We slow roast our prime rib in a humidity-controlled oven, keeping it mouth-watering and tender. And we put this level of care into each of our hand-crafted drinks, and from-scratch dishes, including plant-based and seafood options, with something for everyone to enjoy. All of this quality comes with friendly hospitality in warm and energetic rooms. Open for lunch, happy hour, dinner and late-night!

The food was phenomenal!! I had something from there winter menu The steak with the mushroom truffle sauce and the loaded mash potatoes 😍it was so good . Well seasoned and the potatoes had a nice consistency. Our waiter was also very nice.

I had a beet salad with goat cheese as a starter. Lots of arugala but couldn’t find many beets? Pieces were small and little goat cheese! For $16.00, please make it worthwhile! For main I had a regular prime rib, 9oz with extra. Veggies, no potatoes. I found the portion small, extra fatty, it tasty! Did T look like I received double portion of veggies! For $41.00, please make it worth it! Service was great, a bit noisy! Overall a 3 Star!
