   We were seated in a corner table and had a terrible experience. We unfortunately were away from the main dinning area and were completely ignored. We went to the salad bar and then waited for people to come around with the meats. We sat for over 20 minutes with empty plates and no service. The people walking with the meats would essentially stop before our table and turn around and only service the busy dinning area. There were plenty open tables so it wasn’t because they were extremely busy. The waiter who took our drinks was super nice and we asked him for the bill so we could get food elsewhere as we were obviously not going to have a good experience. We came to this restaurant specifically to celebrate our anniversary at and we traveled all the way from Washington state to be here during our vacation and just had a really uncomfortable and not great experience. The only positive was our waiter talked to the manager and they only made us pay for our drinks since the service was awful. Just a super disappointing experience and a sad way to end our last night in Florida.

   I cant say enough about how amazing this place is— ask for Dassaet. He will go the extra mile For you and is a long standing familiar face!!! — Party of 16 completely satisfied. ask for Natalia— she is also amazing.

   My husband and I have been wanting to try Chima for years however we always have our 8lb havapoo with us so we were always unable to try. Over the holiday we had our parents stay with us and so they could watch our little pup for us to try. Although the food was wonderful and our server was fantastic we were disappointed in the atmosphere. The one draw to always wanting to try this was the outdoor atmosphere and lighting. Little did we know this was just for cocktails and bar bites. Dinner is served inside with tight accommodations. Children carrying on and crying. To pay top dollar for an intimate dinner out should not be a place for children. I would have given this a 4-5 star experience if we had dined under the large trees with the unique lighting ambiance I thought I was going to get. It’s no different than fogo de chow… but you can dine outside at Fogo and my 8lb dog can join in his stroller.

   Disappointed in the experience. Food was a little bland. Smaller tables were clearly overlooked for the bigger tables

   Food is always excellent. It was Thanksgiving and it was crowded so you had to have patience. It was well worth it!!

   Outstanding service ….very nice ambience . The meat options were on point. The only thing I will suggest is to have the outdoor bar open .

    Last night I was disappointed because the service very poor and the food sparsely offered. For the price, it was not worth it. We spent nearly $930 for a group of 7.
