   Absolutely enjoyed everything tonight at Chima. The meat service was amazing, drinks were awesome, and service was incredible. Chris was our server and he made the experience so enjoyable! Anyone looking to dine in Charlotte should definitely stop at Chima. 100% recommend. Thanks for a great night to all the staff!

   We been to chima on multiple occasions we’ve always left so full and feeling like it’s well worth the price for what we received.This time was very different they didn’t offer all of the meats they had and they really just brought around top sirloin and shrimp which was good but usually we receive so many different types of meat and not once did we flip our tabs over for them to stop serving us there was a little bit of time where we sat without meats for a good 15 minutes every time we wanted something we had to ask and it still took a very long time. We had even made a reservation and had to wait for about 15 minutes wile our whole party was there for our table. We also had the lights shut off on us for another good 5 minutes during the end of the meal. The service was good but overall we did not have a good experience.

   Mostly excellent. Service is superior (we've been there many times, and the service is always top-notch). Really, my ONLY suggestion is to use much less mint on the lamb chops. Too heavy, to the point of making them appear green. Everything else is seasoned well; the sausage links are the best I've had.

   The good was great, however the server never told us we had to retrieve our own plates for dinner. And even though we told the server (and made a note on their system) nothing was made special for our anniversary. We will be back, but kinda a let down when they ask "are you celebrating anything" and then nothing happens.

   Had a date night a couple nights ago and everything was very lovely. Our server Alex did amazing even though he was very new. Our steaks were good perfectly and the gauchos gave great service. Love silvestre the head gaucho.

   China’s is always amazing but valet should be offered for brunch time too!

   I took my daughter here for her birthday celebration as it's her favorite restaurant. Everything is roasted to perfection and the buffet area is always clean and meticulously stocked. Eating here is an experience for sure and the service makes it unforgettable. There isn't a specific thing I can recommend when everything is just perfect.

    I really enjoyed coming back with my family, what I really enjoyed the most was the Flank and Filet Mignon, the service was overall great, everything came out the temperature we want it in, and our server also took well care of us.
