   We stopped by Chianti in Burnsville after a test at the hospital. We had reservations, but thought since it was a Monday, we'd be eating in a half-empty dining room. I was mistaken. It was very busy, which tells me that the food and service are worthy of an early-in-the-week dining experience. Our service was exceptional. Outstanding. She made recommendations that were on point, and answered our questions. We had the Burrata Board as an appetizer. Creamy, crunchy, salty, sweet, and savory. The chicken parm was juicy and crisp. I ate a large portion of the dish and still was able to take half of it home for tonight. My wife had the ricotta ravioli, and it was as advertised--tender pasta stuffed with creamy ricotta.Again, she took more than half home. I chose the carrot cake for dessert and got it to go. It awaits my return from work this afternoon. At first glance, the menu prices seem a bit steep. But when you figure in the high quality, excellent service, and the fact we'll get four or more meals out of it, it's actually a value. Highly recommended.

   We went here for my birthday and to have tasty meals. Our server was super nice and polite. The food came out and looked delicious. My pasta was a little cold but I didn’t complain as I was hungry. The server did mention that I would get a birthday dessert however when we got the bill, we were charged for the dessert. Not sure how that works. I think overall, we were happy with the experience but it does seem pointless to let them know of a special occasion when they charge you for it anyway. Good for the food for sure.

   We usually have good experiences at Chianti Grill, but unfortunately, tonight we did not. Our server, unfortunately keyed in the wrong entrée for my Dad and the broccolini that came was burned and dried out. I ordered the pork maque choux, which is supposedly their award-winning dish, but it was overdone and dry. A bright spot was that my dad got a free dessert and I hope next time things get improved! .com Again, we really do like Chianti Grill.

   We love the Chianti Grill! The food has always been great! They have a wonderful menu. Our waiter David was excellent, very attentive and knowledgeable and friendly! We wiIl definitely be going back!
