Always a delightful experience but first time we have not had Francine as our server. Just not the same! But everyone is gracious and the food is always top notch. Very reasonable portion sizes too.

Outstanding meal!! I had the escargot which were perfectly seasoned, fresh and plump, followed by the rack of lamb, which was absolutely out of this world…very large portions, potatoes are beautifully done as were the green beans. My guests also had the rack of lamb and the linguini pesto with scallops which were perfectly cooked, they started with the goat cheese and poached pea salad, which was beautifully prepared. Finished the meal with the lavender crème brûlée which is my favorite crème brûlée in the world. The chocolate mousse is made proper French style, which means it’s gooey and thick and not loaded with whipped cream. Our meal was accompanied by champagne and a lovely French red; all in all perfect meal all the way around. The service was absolutely on top of it. Our waiter was fast, efficient and super friendly. This is the best French restaurant you’re going to find in the Palm Beach County area by far .

Our favorite part of the meal was the foie gras served with a broiled fig. It was delicious. The main course of duck breast appeared to have been cooked earlier and the sauce was congealing on the plate. Although the duck was prepared well it lacked seasoning. Our companion had chicken tarragon and was pleased. We found the service to be outstanding and everyone was very friendly,

Valentine dinner. Have been to Chez Marie a few times but this time was the best. Food prepared excellently , hostess pleasant and the room look beautiful.
