   We showed up to our 7:30 reservation excited to finally have a night out alone. A gentleman greets us and leads us to our seat. He puts us right by the kitchen expo. My wife politely said she would prefer not to sit there and asked if we could move to one of the 3 booths which were available. We wanted a better seat if possible. He quickly said “I can put you at a nice table in the bar area”. We proceeded to follow him to the bar area which also had multiple available table. He chose to seat us in a 2 top cocktail table. At this point my wife was clearly upset when he asked if this table was ok. He didn’t seem to care and walked off. Our waitress came over shortly after to greeted us. When she did my wife politely told her she didn’t want to order anything yet because she wasn’t sure we were going to stay. We were unhappy with the table offered. Instead of simply addressing the issue she said “ok. Let me know if you decide to order” and walked off. Shortly after we left and will likely never go back. We are not at all those people who are difficult to please. They weren’t insanely busy last night. They could’ve simply put us in one of the at least 5 other tables that were much more ideal for us. I don’t generally write reviews, but this really bothered me. The attitude we got was “you’ll take what you get and if you don’t like it too bad”. What happened to customer service? What happened to trying to please your customers? When you go to a restaurant of this caliber and spend that much on a meal you at the very least expect to be treated with a little respect.

   Wait staff was friendly, polite and helpful. Portions were a bit on the smaller side for the price point, but a good mix of options and everything was delicious. Atmosphere was lively and festive for a celebratory meal. We would eat there again and do recommend it.

   This experience was incredible all the way around. Connor was our waiter and could not have been better. He provided five-star service. Wow. The food was the best and our table of five had three appetizers five entrees, and two desserts and everything was exceptional. Spectacular.

   Consistent high-level food & service. On the rare occasion that something is slightly off, its news. This restaurant would make it in any city in the country and would get very high marks.

    Service was good, the food wasn’t up to par. The crawfish tasted foreign and fishy, the steak tasted too much like a “grill” and reminded us of the Burger King flavor of their hamburgers. But overall it was good and the drinks and appetizers were very good.
