   Enjoyed a wonderful date night at the small counter. I can’t say I tried anything new this time because why change perfection. I seriously get the same thing every time. Keep up the good work. See you again soon.

   We had a wonderful dining experience for my birthday. Our server was AJ. He was fabulous and made our dining experience so enjoyable! Our dinners were delicious! A great place o celebrate!

   We have a family tradition of celebrating my husband's birthday at Carson's Ribs. Have enjoyed their food for years. Always a great experience! Wish there were more locations available.

   Food took a bit didn’t have prime rib as I wanted it done,except more well done, issue in kitchen per server. Got filet instead, extremely small filet but good tasting. Portions a lot smaller all around. Ribs were overdone dried out as were the scalloped potatoes. Not server’s fault as he indicated problem with prime rib being more well done, would not be how we would like it.

   Hello James. Thanks for dining on New Years evening. Our slow roasted prime rib is oven roasted fresh for hours prior to being served each day. Per our menu, it’s served until we run out. New Years is traditionally extremely popular for prime rib. Unfortunately, we had no more medium rare or rare sections left that night and only more med to well done at ends of the roast. We note you ordered a 10oz filet mignon instead so aren’t certain how much bigger of a filet you wanted since you consider that “extremely small”? In the future, please request in your advance reservation how many med rare or rare slices to be held for you if you know you will be ordering it so we can plan accordingly for your arrival.
