    This is a charming North Beach restaurant chef owned and operated by the chef and his wife. The food is very good. The restaurant is very intimate, and it also has outdoor seating.

    We love Cafe Macaroni. The owners Steph and Mario are warm and engaging. Everything we have ordered has been so delicious. And the prices are reasonable for the excellent quality. You won't be disappointed.
