The whole group got carbonara or the spaghetti and it was delicious, everyone loved their meals! Really pretty and quiet inside. The flatbreads were really good, my favorite was the rosemary flat bread that comes with goat cheese.

Everything was great. Bring back fresh mozz slices and full basil leaves on the pomodoro! It did wonders for the presentation.

Food remains average at best at trio and the service well below average. There were four of us and our food orders came out in three stages, the last person having to wait a full five minutes after all others had been served. Awkward. Do we begin to eat while one person watches or do we let our entrees get cold while waiting for the last person to get their order?

Trio works. The food...the menu...the service...the welcome at the doorway is consistently good. And to me a quiet enironbment to have a very important discussion last night was mneeded and fulfilled. The 8 ounce staek special...perfectly cooked and the salad right next to the steak. My daughter and I visited for brunch on a Saturday and it was lovely. We sat outside and the service was great as usual. I enjoyed the food very much as well, especially the coffee cake (with an added side of carmel sauce). We both had the salmon hash, which was also a delightful surprise.
