Since arriving in northern Virginia in 2008, Cafe Renaissance has been the preferred restaurant my family and I would go to for special occasions because of the elegant ambience, freshly prepared and delicious cuisine, and professional service. However, after our most recent evening there, I do not believe we will be returning. The service was rushed, and the food was not fresh. So much more to say, but only 50 characters are allowed. My family and I will not return to Café Renaissance.

Delicious and well-prepared meals. I had wonderful salmon Wellington. We all enjoyed our meals. We shall return. Highly recommended. But come dressed up. It’s a fancy place. We once got turned away because we were dressed too casually.

We had an exceptional dining experience on Christmas Eve. Our three main courses of cod in parchment paper, veal with mushrooms and lamb shank were all outstanding and perfectly prepared. In addition to a great wine selection, the cocktails hit the mark. And a very special finish with Irish Coffee created at the table with finesse and flair! We were personally greeted by the owner as family and will definitely return. Thank you so much for making this a special and festive occasion.

Lovely meal for Christmas Eve! Plenty of excellent choices, and everything was delicious. Service was friendly and everything came out and was delivered perfectly. The only minor comment would be that it felt a little tight - not sure if they had more tables than usual since it was Christmas Eve, but it was definitely cozy!

Another magical experience at Cafe Renaissance. Beautifully decorated for Christmas. The servers and service are all fantastic. The rack of lamb and salmon en croûte were delicious. Thank you again for a wonderful evening.

We love this restaurant! It is our favorite place to go for special occasions. Saeed and Ocean never disappoint. For the quality of this restaurant, it is a great value for the price. Be sure to have the Irish Coffee! It is a show.

My wife and I celebrated our wedding anniversary there last night. We met on a blind date there fourteen years ago. We no longer live in the area but happened to be back for the holidays. So we returned to Cage Renaissance with fond memories. We were thrilled to confirm that Cafe remains the wonderfully beautiful, romantic, great food and service restaurant we remembered. Northern Virginia is very fortunate to have such a perfect place to dine.
