    Bulla in the Gables is great. Always treated well the moment you walk in. The tapas are so good. Try their seasonal Butternut Squash soup. It is delicious. We always ask to be seated towards the back because we love our server, Joaquin. He takes care of us and is super nice. Everyone is very professional and they seat you as soon as you arrive. We always make our reservation on Open Table, that way we know we will not need to wait. Keep up the good work Bulla. We love going.

    Ernesto was our server and he is the greatest. He makes you feel like family . Music wasn’t the best and maybe a little loud, but not bad at all. We LOVE Bulla!! It’s the best!

    All of the dishes from the chorizo and mancheco cheese platter to the ceviche, Spanish omelet, spicy potatoes, steak with mushroom purée to the lamb meatballs were all fabulous . Service impeccable and noise.level very lively. Good thing my hearing aid has a mode for noisey environments

    We had an incredible evening at Bulla Gastrobar, thanks to Joaquin and his exceptional service! His deep knowledge of the menu and thoughtful recommendations truly elevated our experience. Instead of opting for entrées, we decided to try multiple tapas, and every dish was fantastic! The Patatas Bravas, Stuffed Dates, and Tapas Steak were standout dishes, each perfectly prepared and bursting with flavor. Joaquin’s expertise and genuine passion for the food made it even more enjoyable. His attention to detail and friendly demeanor created an inviting atmosphere that made us feel right at home. This was easily one of the most enjoyable dining experiences we’ve had, and we’ll definitely be back for more. Thank you, Joaquin, for making the evening unforgettable!
