    Maybe the meal would have been better if it wasn’t Christmas… We live nearby and have enjoyed the food/service more at other times. We think our waiter was trying to give good service but he came off as intrusive and a bit annoyed (maybe stressed). We felt rushed even though our reservation was for 8p and the place was thinning out by the time our food arrived. The entrees were fair. The miso cod was way too sweet and swimming in too much sauce. The beef with bird!s nest was way too rare (ordered medium rare) and strangely tasteless. Our apps- pork buns and Caesar salad were better.

    Really great food as always but both the bar staff and the waitress were really disappointing. Very slow to non-existent service from the waitress and the bar staff was incredibly rude and very slow. They may have been understaffed, but either way, they didn't need to be rude on Christmas eve.

    We had such an excellent experience tonight. Our server Ryan was knowledgeable and friendly. Made awesome recommendations. We were very well tended to. Food was also outstanding. This was by far the best experience we had at Buddakan.

    We had an amazing server for our anniversary dinner. Standouts were tuna tartare spring rolls, veggie fried rice (had no business being that good) and bbq pork tenderloin.
