Nestled inside the Hilton Niagara Falls/Fallsview Hotel and Suites, Brasa showcases the flavours and cultural flair of Brazil. Following a "centuries-old" tradition of cooking on an open fire, diners can experience endless cuts of succulent beef, pork, lamb, and chicken carved tableside in the style of authentic Brazilian gauchos. A two-sided disk is used by diners to signal when they’re ready for these sizzling skewers: green means "More, please!" and red means "I've had enough, for now." Eat as much as you want and at your own pace.

    Hilton provides a voucher for $30 but depending on the waiter it is not always honoured for one adult and kid. Now there is also location, what is that all about!?!)

    The food and drink were special, the service polite but slow. We would have given the restaurant a higher rating, but for the noise level. The musicians were great but the volume uncomfortably loud for us. We requested to move to a table farther away from the stage. Waiter hastily shifted to a table a couple feet away though there appeared to be empty tables up front near the entrance. The meal was long and painful for us due to the decibel level and lengthy waits for service.

    The food was excellent. The buffet was excellent. The glass of wine was expensive; $22 a glass. The waitress was very sweet. She offered us a complimentary slice of cake for our anniversary. She also removed the 12% tourist tax from our reciept since we live in Ontario. The live music was great. The samba dancers was so much fun. The atmosphere was sexy and perfect. The restaurant was beautiful. Only issue was that we had to wait in a HUGE line even though we had reservation. Will definitely go again!!!!

    We had a reservation upon arrival we were told we still had to wait in a long lineup some of whom did not have reservations. Salad/side bar was good. We were only offered meat 3 times even though our card was flipped to green the entire time and we never got to try what we went there for. Disappointing. The front desk staff were not friendly and none looked happy or even smiled. The wait staff and our server were amazing and happy and friendly.

    Reservation set for 5:45pm was perfect as we walked right in. Show started at 6pm so it was definitely ideal. Great experience!

    Our table was very wobbly and would tilt when the meat was pass on the table. Server checked in on tables around us but never checked in after serving our drinks. Wanted to mention the table to him.

    The food was fresh & delicious. Our waiter Vincent was great. We just loved the live music & fantastic dancers. Amazing experience overall. Would definitely eat here again when in Niagara Falls.
