Nestled inside the Hilton Niagara Falls/Fallsview Hotel and Suites, Brasa showcases the flavours and cultural flair of Brazil. Following a "centuries-old" tradition of cooking on an open fire, diners can experience endless cuts of succulent beef, pork, lamb, and chicken carved tableside in the style of authentic Brazilian gauchos. A two-sided disk is used by diners to signal when they’re ready for these sizzling skewers: green means "More, please!" and red means "I've had enough, for now." Eat as much as you want and at your own pace.

    We had reservations for my husband’s birthday, our waiter was exceptional he was alway there whether it was flagging down the waiter with the pineapple or getting us water. He definitely made our experience great!!

    Excellent location for celebrating a special occasion! The dancers are spectacular!! Food is out of this world, and the buffet has a lot of variety.

    Everything with our dining experience was fantastic. The food was so delicious and fresh! The meats were seasoned well, some maybe on the salty side but still so good and tender. The pineapple!!!! Nothing else is needed to be said about that lol. The sides and salad bar have so many different options for anyone. As a family with allergies, it’s nice that It shows all the allergens on the cards that tell you what the dish is.

    Came in tonight for my boyfriend’s birthday and had an amazing experience. Great food, very fast service & everything from the buffet was delicious. Loved that the minute our coasters changed from red to green someone was at our table with more choices of meat!! Was overall a fantastic experience!
