Located on the north side of Main Street Breckenridge, the Blue River Bistro provides a casually sophisticated dining atmosphere with a little city in the mountains. Chef Andy's local ingredients, talented culinary team and unorthodox approach to cooking combine to create a truly memorable experience for you and your guests. The Bistro's wine list is an ever rotating selection of the best vineyards from around the globe and the cocktail list has been carefully crafted to take the guest on a journey of flavors and scents.     What a phenomenon dinner and one of the best meal we had in the past 5 days during our trip! This venue is inviting and gives a relaxing calming vibe, the service was great. For starter we ordered the Elote and Grilled Calamari, both were very good and appetizing. Their House Focaccia with chimicurri sauce was absolutely fantastic. My Chilean Sea Bass was cooked perfectly with the skin a bit crispy and delicious. Hubby’s Sakura Farms Pork Chop was juicy and flavorful. Not to mention they are not stingy on the portion, we were so full and didn’t have room for dessert. I Highly recommended this place and definitely will be back on our next visit in Breck. Be sure to make reservation in advance!
