Located on the north side of Main Street Breckenridge, the Blue River Bistro provides a casually sophisticated dining atmosphere with a little city in the mountains. Chef Andy's local ingredients, talented culinary team and unorthodox approach to cooking combine to create a truly memorable experience for you and your guests. The Bistro's wine list is an ever rotating selection of the best vineyards from around the globe and the cocktail list has been carefully crafted to take the guest on a journey of flavors and scents.     Adalaide(sp) was or server for happy hour, she was very attentive to our table, always checking on us, but never in a “helicopter “ manner. We really appreciated her attention to detail. One suggestion , for as popular as BRB’s happy hour is, it would be beneficial to have a host at the stand at all times. There were times when there was a bit of confusion about where to sit , who was first, and a bottle neck at the door.

    A bit loud, but as always that can depend on your fellow diners. Our waiter was wonderful, the perfect level of service. Both my Beef Wellington and my wife's salmon were excellent. Definitely the best restaurant we've enjoyed in Breck

    A truly delightful experience. We went to several other restaurants, some even more expensive and “rated higher,” but Blue River Bistro was the best! The only available dinner reservation was at 9:15pm and we weren’t stoked about having to wait to eat so late, but when tables opened up about an hour earlier, the host texted and let us know we could go ahead and come, which was fantastic! The live jazz music and snow and amazing cocktails made it a perfect evening. 10/10!
