   Blind Dog has been in business for a long time and generally enjoys an excellent reputation, particularly with visitors to Park City. We are locals. Our experience was only fair. We had crab cakes as one of our dishes. The restaurant used to serve Chesapeake style jumbo lump crab cakes. This is what we were expecting and were disappointed. If you find any jumbo lump crab meat, let me know. We also had the Fisherman’s Stew. The clams and mussels were tiny. The shrimp, calamari, and scallops were overcooked, chewy and rubbery. The broth was not well seasoned. It needed either more heat, garlic, or something else flavorful. Our service was not great. For example, our drink glasses sat empty for half of our meal and our server never came by to ask about refills. On the positive side, the restaurant is attractive and spacious, creating great expectations. We are very fortunate to have many great restaurants in Park City. I think that in the future we will leave the Blind Dog to the tourists.

   We have dined here several times. The food is fantastic, many choices on the menu, excellent service from Phoenix at the front desk to the servers and bus staff. The atmosphere is beautiful, fun and our favorite place in Park City!

   Usually when a restaurant offers a wide variety of styles, including sushi and steak, they do well at neither. Blind dog has done an amazing job of spreading out the excellence by dividing it - the sushi is created at a sushi bar by people dedicated to the task, and the steak and other fresh stuff is done in a different kitchen. Either way, the ingredients are invariably awesome. I have gone to blind dog probably 20 times in the last 5 years and every time I go there it's an incredibly comfortable, tasty experience. It ain't cheap, but it's worth it for the blend of top notch food and great service.

   Such a great dinner and evening in Park City. Service was so good at the bar - we were taken care of very well. Great food and exhaustive menu with something for everyone. One of my favorite restaurants in Park City.

   I was extremely excited about this restaurant , as we are huge foodies that travel all over to eat , but I found it to be pretty disappointing . Unfortunately , the food was nothing exceptional . The sushi was sliced way too thick . My husband got a burger and it was huge with a lot going on but lacked the flavor . Fries needed salt . I will give 5 stars to my spicy jalapeño margarita though !

    Our favorite place!! I crave the tempura jumbo shrimp and their sushi rolls are the best in town!! (Lollipop and jolly rancher). We’re here every week!!
