   Server was unprofessional & was mostly talking & bad mouthing employees performance. Was not clear on explaining menu options when we ordered misleading us to outcta more expensive meal selection

   My friends and I had a great time -as usual. We just really like these special events. Each time we attend, we can hardly wait to see and taste the drinks that go with the meal. We look forward to the next one, which Holly has verified --it's the Whisky Experience. Brought 5 friends on the Moonshine event. Plan on bringing a few more friends for the Whiskey event.

   Everything was nice service (max) was polite and respectful wife's filet was a little over charred otherwise the food was good. Why they got a 3 is no one was at the front counter when we arrived no one to greet you and there was a lady in front of us and I asked her how long she had been waiting she said 5 min. That's unacceptable I waved down a waiter to let them know they had customers. When they did arrived they were polite and got us seated along with the other group that was in front of us. We had reservations. You should always have someone in front to greet the customer and make them feel welcomed. First impressions are very important.

   Excellent food, service and our favorite restaurant for years. They were having some A/C problems however repair people were there working on it.

    Took too long for food. Steak soup was from a can. TV’s too loud.
