   my family and i were at Black Angus Blossom Hill for Thanksgiving Night. Have to say we came out saying never again on a holiday dinner. We waited nearly an hour for a table in spite of our booking. Then our food service was very slow in spite of the fact we were ready to order as soon as we sat down. It took nearly half an hour for bread to arrive and our drinks took about 20 minutes. We ordered first but somehow the adjoining tables who ordered after us got their steaks earlier. We waited another 10 minutes before our steaks arrived. All in all disappointed.

   Extremely Busy! WE had to wait an hour for seating with advanced reservations! Food was served cold!

   We had our Thanksgiving dinner here. Our reservation was at 5:15, but it was so busy and crowded we were advised it would be at least a 40 minute wait. I’ve never seen this restaurant so crowded! I guess no one wants to cook on Thanksgiving Day. It was a 40 minute wait as we had been told. Once we were seated the waiter was very friendly and fun, even though he was very busy. My friend and I both ordered the traditional Thanksgiving dinner. We had a really good steak barley soup followed with a delicious broccoli, turkey slices on stuffing, mashed potatoes with gravy, sweet potatoes and a spoonful of cranberry sauce. Everything was very tasty. I would have liked more cranberry sauce and gravy. The portions were enough for one meal. The dessert was pumpkin pie with whipped cream. Given the crazy amount of people in the restaurant, they did a really nice job. We didn’t feel rushed at all and all the staff were all friendly.

   Went for Thanksgiving dinner at 4:00 PM with a reservation and the restaurant was overcrowded. Had some difficulty finding anywhere to park, also every spot in the lot and street parking was all taken. We finally got one, went inside and it was jammed with people. We waited an hour to be seated at our table after checking in. We ordered and were surprised at how quickly our delicious food arrived. I had the traditional Thanksgiving Dinner and my dining companion had the Cowboy Cut Prime Rib. Our service and meal was excellent so we tipped accordingly. It was worth waiting for, and we were thankful this restaurant was open on Thanksgiving to accommodate our party of two people.

   Made a reservation for 2 at 3:45pm for Thanksgiving. When we arrived on time and checked in we were told that it would take 30-45 min as they were running behind. We ended up waiting 1 hour for a table that we had reservations for. Understandably it’s a holiday and we appreciate them being open, but there was no excuse. The place was packed and there were many other parties with reservations that waited just as long as we did. Finally, when we got our table the food and service by Blake was excellent. Not sure if we’d come back for any holiday but if we did, we would come right when they opened.

   Overall, our dining experience was good, but lesson learned - don’t expect to be seated at your reservation time on a holiday. Our reservation was at 3:45 and we didn’t get to our table until 4:45, food was served at 5:30.

   Went there on Thanksgiving day. For as insanely busy as it was, I didn’t mind that they were about a half hour behind on the reservations.. not much you can do about that on a busy day by Thanksgiving. After being seated, Everything ran quite smoothly, and we received our meals quite quickly after we ordered.! Our servers name was Mathew Serrano, hope I get his name, right, and he did an excellent job taking care of us! The Thanksgiving meal was delicious with all of the trimmings! And my GF had prime rib, and we shared everything. The best of both worlds! The entire staff did a wonderful job! Thumbs up!

   Good waiter good food. I love when you don’t have to ask for more anything such as water, bread, take plate away, etc.

   We come every year but the parking was terrible this year and the food was cold. We love coming here every year but I feel it was over booked this year and the kitchen couldn’t keep up. I see all the restaurants are closing in the area. I hope this place stays open. This is our favorite place to come on Thanksgiving. We’ve been coming for 10 years.

    Fun evening with our friends. We got seated right away. The food was very good. The service was slow and our waiter did his best but needs more experience. I did take exception to being charged $4.25 for a diet coke!!
