   We made a mistake. Two of us are vegetarians and hadn’t pre-booked our meals. Non the less we had small plates which were very good service was excellent. Ugen, (possibly wrong spelling) was superb in his service and attitude.

   The staff were extremely welcoming and accommodating to our every needs. Our waiter (from Bootle) went out of his way to make our afternoon a memorable experience. Thank you to all of the staff for a lovely meal and we will definitely book again

   Difficult to fault our visit to Bistro Franc. Surroundings were clean, open and relaxed Service was friendly and highly professional Food was superb

   Really lovely food - we tried the Prix Fixe menu. Had small plates including scallops and sea bass, baked Camembert, salad niçoise and hand cut chips. (Those chips were so good!). The we enjoyed panna cotta and sticky toffee pudding. Everything delicious. Can recommend.

   Exceptional service , food, staff and venue . Very friendly welcome and our waitress Lilly was brilliant . Cote de Provence wine was perfect and our food cooked to perfection , scallops, chicken skewers to start followed by beef bourgignon and medium rare fillet steak . Crème Brûlée for pudding was delicious and served warm. Absolutely nothing to fault with this restaurant !

   We were made to feel very welcome by all the restaurant’s staff. It’s a lovely ambiance and the food was great. A great find in Liverpool!

   Service was excellent, staff lovely ,food was excellent value for money will definitely be back , whoever is in charge should be proud of how lovely all the staff are well done👏👏👏👏

    I have been a few time to Bistro Franc and always get a marvelous reception and the staff are always attentive especially Tash
