It was a packed house but our food came out super fast and was hot and delish! We will eat here again on our next visit.

Our server was wonderful, our reservation was honored on time, the food was fine--we were with kids & the food came quickly, just as we ordered--it is a good place to go with kids for a fair priced, kid-friendly, decent meal. My only complaint was that the lavatory facilities were not enough to handle the demand--there was a long wait--

I don’t even know where to begin the food was not great at all the fries were cold the burgers wasn’t too bad but we had to ask for one of our meals the server just literally threw the burger that had arrived and just shouted burger at us didn’t even tell us what type. The host that met us downstairs was rude we felt very uncomfortable whilst waiting for the table as if we were a hindernace when we asked where we could put out coat she snapped on you chair. The server we had was pleasant enough but i had to ask for cutlery numerous times. It wasn’t a great experiance and we left quite dissatisfied very disappointing.

Meh experience. Ordered loaded nachos, they were fine. Then two burgers. They were good. Problem is really service (the servers are super kind, but just overloaded with tables). It’s also a tad loud in there. Paid about 90 dollars with tip. We also had 1 milkshake, 1 fries, 1 coke. Little expensive but I get it’s a tourist hot spot.

It was very warm in the upper area. Also our waitress was a little rude not super friendly . BUT, the food was great, very tasty and good value for your money. Upbeat atmosphere wish I had room for shakes they looked phenomenal!

Party of 2. Both ordered salads. One came with fried chicken instead of grilled chicken and the cob salad came with the wrong greens and there was absolutely no bacon in it. I let the server know about the greens. She apologized. Didn’t even bother to tell her about the other two things it was busy and we didn’t wanna wait any longer for our food to be remade Very crowded and they obviously can’t handle a crowd.

It was a very busy night but still-surprised at a burger restaurant would run out of ketchup even though we could see bottles at other tables. One of our shakes never arrived and when we finally flagged server to ask, he said they’d run out of ingredients for that one and he forgot to come back and tell us. Burger was good but I’ll probably wait quite a while before I return
