WoW..... Came all the way from New Hampster, and I'll tell ya it was well worth it! Some of the best comfort food on the planet. And the Strawberry Milkshake was the best! And I come the land of homemade ice cream in NH. We will be back for more and thank you for honoring my reservation and allowing me to pull it in earlier to see the Rockettes in town.

Our server was wonderful, our reservation was honored on time, the food was fine--we were with kids & the food came quickly, just as we ordered--it is a good place to go with kids for a fair priced, kid-friendly, decent meal. My only complaint was that the lavatory facilities were not enough to handle the demand--there was a long wait--

I don’t even know where to begin the food was not great at all the fries were cold the burgers wasn’t too bad but we had to ask for one of our meals the server just literally threw the burger that had arrived and just shouted burger at us didn’t even tell us what type. The host that met us downstairs was rude we felt very uncomfortable whilst waiting for the table as if we were a hindernace when we asked where we could put out coat she snapped on you chair. The server we had was pleasant enough but i had to ask for cutlery numerous times. It wasn’t a great experiance and we left quite dissatisfied very disappointing.

Booked this as a family before going to watch Rockettes even though this had been booked for 2 months we had a long wait to be seated. We were just left standing in the middle of a busy restaurant the girl who greeted us was rude and not very helpful. Where do I start with the food it was cold and very bland we had to wait for cutlery for 2 of our party even after asking twice. The restaurant also looks very tired and really could do with a revamp on top of this it was grubby looking.

Meh experience. Ordered loaded nachos, they were fine. Then two burgers. They were good. Problem is really service (the servers are super kind, but just overloaded with tables). It’s also a tad loud in there. Paid about 90 dollars with tip. We also had 1 milkshake, 1 fries, 1 coke. Little expensive but I get it’s a tourist hot spot.

It was very warm in the upper area. Also our waitress was a little rude not super friendly . BUT, the food was great, very tasty and good value for your money. Upbeat atmosphere wish I had room for shakes they looked phenomenal!
