Great place for a family to eat in NYC. Reasonable price for NYC. Service was a tad inattentive and slow and quite loud music but pretty typical for manhattan. Food was good!

We booked this not knowing anything about it because it was close to Rockefeller Center and took reservations at Christmastime. Everything was great! Fun NYC vibe, great food and cocktails, and excellent service. We’ll definitely be back!

We arrived and mentioned that we had a reservation for 1:30. The hostess found our name on the list, but for some reason, they didn’t have a table for us. Meanwhile, they were seating everyone else who walked in, completely ignoring us. It wasn’t until I insisted that they finally seated us somewhere. I don’t understand the point of using your service or their reservation system if we could have been seated faster just waiting in line like everyone else. In the end, they seated us near the restroom. In my opinion, this was a complete failure on both OpenTable’s and the restaurant’s part.

Terrible experience - the restaurant does not engage in crowd control so people are lined up and waiting in between dining tables. It is a spot that is supposed to be kid friendly but they have no way other than a revolving door to get a stroller in our out. Awful. Never go.

We were at the restaurant the week before Christmas which explained the high sound volume and people volume. One of my parties' hamburgers was on a cold english muffin and the burger was very well done although she had asked if it could be cooked medium. I had the mini burgers and asked for extra pickles when there was just one on each burger and my burgers were also very well done. The expresso martini was excellent. The brussel sprouts were just OK. At first they could not locate my open table reservation, them the found it and we were seated by the entrance door. I always hope with an advance reservation to get a decent table.
