   Really good experience. Food was high quality version of classic American style. Liked the live music and our server was super friendly

   An experience i would rather forget! We arrived and had to wait 20 minutes for our pre booked table. When we were seated we had to wait at least 25 minutes before our order was take,. then waited at least 30 minutes for our starters which quite frankly were sub standard! Loaded potatoes, and rib ends... were not hot and supplied with no additional sauces or dressings. We had to wait so long for our mains, we gave up. paid the bill and left. The food came while we were on our way out the door and the waiter kindly insisted that we eat the food and it wont be charged. Well as we were Hungary, we took up the offer, re sat down and tried the food... My wife had a chicken Caesar salad and i had the ribs! We should of just kept walking out. The salad was a Childs portion with about for 4 pieces of chicken on and the ribs, well!! dry, tasteless and tough,. Excuse was that they were short staffed ... Needless to say, if your short staffed, dont take the bookings. We will most definitely not be going to the big easy covent gardens again. Extrekely dissapointing meal after a great day in London....

   Disappointed - long queue to be sat to table, ordered a cheaper bottle of lemonade but charged for a full pint, chicken and chips were dry and unflavourful, macaroni cheese looked like a kids side portion and the tasted like plain pasta. Also overpriced. Don’t waste your time.

   Great option for a family lunch and good value with bottomless drinks however due to this the drinks service was very slow. It was 30 mins in before my first drink arrived.

   Big Easy is my favourite restaurant to go with family. We travel 2 hours to get there- was disappointed this time. Had the surf & turf extravaganza Christmas menu with work- it was amazing! Wanted the family to have the same, so decided to book a pre Christmas meal. I called as the booking showed an error, and confirmed we could order this menu for 4 people. Yes was the answer. I called a day before the booking, because I was paranoid, and confirmed we could order this menu for 4 people when we came- yes was the answer. Drive 2 hours, 25 mins of underground- arrived, sat down, tried to order….. No, we could not get the Christmas menu… only for 12 or more people. So, unbelievably annoyed- but what absolutely sent me crazy!!! In light of all this, which I explained to the waiting staff…. The chef refused to simply plate up the menu for us as a show of goodwill. All the items are on the menu, it’s just a slightly differed set of options. I was super disappointed, my children had been looking forward to it, and my wife. We ordered other stuff, which was nice, but not what we had travelled to eat, and there was no way of recreating the menu combination. Just a disappointing was to spend £200.

   Waited 15 mins to be seated even though we had a reservation, to also be told we only had the table for a set time. Service levels from the wait staff were satisfactory. Food was good. Highly recommend the frozen lemonade!

   Really enjoyed our experience once we moved from the squashed section at the side to downstairs where the band was. Food was very tasty and served well. It was nice to have a live band play music and the place itself was very buzzy. Some dishes were a little too expensive though.

   For a family Christmas meal with adult sons this was absolutely perfect. The boys kept on saying what a brilliant choice it was and all the food was generous and delicious. Really fun evening for all of us.

    Really just a tourist trap with overpriced meals and add ons to pad bill. Quality overall was average, staff ambivalent. Avoid really
