BBQ & Lobstershack. We're a local institution, with an international following, this powerhouse of a restaurant is set over 2 huge floors in Covent Garden boasting a 9m wow factor bar on the ground floor & a more intimate speak-easy style shelter bar on the lower deck.

We proudly offer a large slice of easy going living, inspired by the Gulf Coast, with live bands 7 nights week, a friendly welcoming atmosphere, fresh cocktails, ice cold beers and generous portions of
good old home-style cooking offering Home-Smoked BBQ & Fresh East Coast Lobsters.

Fast forward to today and we continue to uphold those time-honoured traditions; social occasions of the bygone age, friends getting together over great fresh food, plentiful drinks and music - these never go out of fashion.

Really poor. Had a table for 4 booked at 7pm. Extremely slow service had to keep following up in order to place orders for both food and drinks. after 1.5 hours told we had to vacate the table despite just finishing mains. No time to order desserts despite the delays being caused by the slow service / food. Recommend avoiding. Plenty of good eateries nearby.

The Big Easy lunchtime menu is fantastic value for money. Getting their Taste-O-Rama and an alcoholic drink or thick shake for £11 is one of the best offers you'll find in London! Just remember, you have to really love meat!!

managers of covent garden do put more people on shift. The poor guy was struggling to keep up with dealing with our big group and others.

The food was delicious but the service was terrible - my drink didn’t arrive with the others and 2 main courses didn’t arrive with the others. I know that they were busy but we had to ask twice where our meals were so the other people had almost finished eating by the time ours arrived. The worst thing is that they didn’t even apologise, the waiter just smiled when we asked why they had taken so long to come. Very disappointing

Was extremely busy had a booking but still had to wait over 20 minutes to be seated. Once seated we was left for over 30 minutes and had to call someone over to take our order. Food was ok kids meal came cold banana milkshake tasted off.

the food was average, my prawns had no flavour but the chicken was tasty. we waited for over 20mins for our order to be taken and the hostess wasn't overly friendly. We had to wait to be seated to our table although we were on time and no one else was at our table.

Apart from the fact that it was slow to be seated depute having a reservation and service was slow to take orders it was a good experience.
