BBQ & Lobstershack. We're a local institution, with an international following, this powerhouse of a restaurant is set over 2 huge floors in Covent Garden boasting a 9m wow factor bar on the ground floor & a more intimate speak-easy style shelter bar on the lower deck.

We proudly offer a large slice of easy going living, inspired by the Gulf Coast, with live bands 7 nights week, a friendly welcoming atmosphere, fresh cocktails, ice cold beers and generous portions of
good old home-style cooking offering Home-Smoked BBQ & Fresh East Coast Lobsters.

The worst restaurant I’ve ever had the displeasure to eat in. 3.5 on TripA is being very kind. Many better places to eat in London. Do your research.

My son enjoyed his burger, our caesar salads with steak were okay. Express lunch deal was not available despite it being a weekday & not a public holiday. Great vibe, attentive service. Not great value.

The food was ok, not as good as Big Easy used to be... Steak and lobster were really good quality, though. Petra was very helpful, attentive, and friendly - BIG "thank" you to her We quickly understood that the place was understaffed overall. It was an ok family meal, but I dont think we will be back soon.

This place is nice enough. Drinks are fun, with a great selection of alcoholic slushies and hard shakes. The food is OK. Tasty enough but nothing special. I had surf and turf. It cost £47 for a small (but decent) half lobster and a really thin rib eye steak. It was cooked rare as requested but other than that it was underwhelming for the price. Lovely to have live music. Service is fast but you can tell staff are really rushed. They are not particularly friendly because they are overworked / simply don't have the time. Overall it was OK. But for £180 for 3 people (where we only had 1 drink each) next time I fancy a steak I'll be heading elsewhere for great quality meat and service.

We arrived with 3 children who were starving and it took them over 50 minutes to bring out the food despite us asking several times! When the food did come out it was raw chips for the kids.. which we then had to send back and they eventually replaced with cooked ones. We also ordered mains which were cold and over cooked! If you want a very poorly cooked fried fest for your dinner then this is the place to be but it was an awful experience for us!

Unfortunately some the food was bland and the chunky chips felt/tasted like they had either been out a while or needed way more cooking, one order was messed up they forgot half a lobster and the filet steak was very grisly- We complained about one of the dishes and the manager did comp it so thank you for that - apart from the chips the boys enjoyed their burger, sirloin and chicken strips - we decided not to stay for dessert and went elsewhere - was expecting better if Im honest especially for the price

Absolutely delicious steak and lobster. Chunky fries were perfect. And a nice side salad with very good dressing. Great staff and management. Very organised. Have been here before and will certainly return soon!!
