    Whether it be Benjamin’s White Plains, Benjamin’s NYC, Benjamin’s Prime or Seafire Grill you can’t go wrong. First class service and food. There’s always a buzz at any of these restaurants, even on a Sunday night. Another great all around dining experience for my party. 3 first timers were with me and they can’t wait to go back!

    The fillet mignon, my favorite cut, was dry and tasteless. Ordered a dry martini, very cold, to start. It arrived not very cold, and when I asked if it could be re-shaken, it was returned un-strained, filled with water and ice chips from the shaker. The waiter was distant, on "automatic," and seemed to be sleep walking. There are much better steakhouses in New York City. No need to return to this one.

    Had dinner at Benjamin steakhouse with a friend recently. The food was great, and the bussers were super friendly, but the experience took a bit of a turn at the end. When we asked our server to split the check according to what each of us had ordered, the response was surprisingly dismissive. The server implied there was no need to split the check, suggesting we simply divide it in half or figure it out ourselves by placing the cash or cards in the bill holder. This was frustrating, especially since we had ordered different items, and dividing the bill evenly didn’t make sense. Overall, the meal was good, but that last interaction left us feeling a little off. Hopefully, they can be a bit more accommodating in situations like this—it’s not a huge ask!
