Founded in 2006, the family owned and operated Benjamin Restaurant Group has grown to comprise some of the New York metro areas premier culinary destinations. Now, they bring the glory straight to the heart of Westchester County. Offering exceptional food and service in luxurious environments, owners Benjamin Prelvukaj and Benjamin Sinanaj make it their mission to treat each guest like a member of their family. Benjamin Steakhouse offers juicy cuts of dry-aged beef-from 36-ounce Porterhouses to juicy, tender Ribeyes and succulent Filet Mignon. White Plains' dècor may look familiar to those who have dined at their Manhattan location with their signature dark wood floors, banquette seating, and burgundy booths in tow.     Food was great, service was poor. We were a party of 3 on a Sunday evening. It was busy but not packed. First sat at a table that was squeezed between a large party and another table and we sat for 10 minutes with no menus and no one came to us not even to give us water. Spoke with manager who immediately changed our table which was much better but can’t say service improved much. We did get menus, order was taken but waiter seemed uninterested. Got served but the wait between appetizers and entrees was unusually long. We waited awhile after we were done and had to flag waiter to ask for some leftovers to be wrapped up. We were handed the bill and never offered dessert or coffee. Left disappointed.

    We were celebrating a family member’s 65th birthday. We were seated in a beautiful corner booth for 6. The waiter Granite was incredible. The attention to detail from a service perspective was outstanding. Granite guided us through the cocktail menu. He went over the special’s and gave us guidance in ordering. The appetizers were great with special kudos to the bacon slab. We opted for the tomahawk special & porterhouse for 3 with several sides. Again the service was outstanding with everyone getting to taste all 3 cuts. We ended the night with a cheesecake for the birthday celebration and a few orders of strawberries. Incredible night with a 5 star rating for atmosphere, service & food. Highly recommended!!!

    fabulous food-great choices for the Prix fixe menu for lunch on the weekend. Service is always wonderful although they were a little overwhelmed when we first got there.

    This was out first visit to Benjamin Sreakhouse. We sat at a table in the bar area. Our server was very attentive and personable. The food and drinks were outstanding. I ordered a cosmo for a cocktail and it was very tasty. We had the crab cocktail as an appetizer and tasted very fresh. For dinner we ordered the sea bass and tomahawk chop that was cooked to perfection. We also ordered the salmon but it was slightly overcooked and lacked flavor. For a side we ordered the lobster Mac and cheese which was creamy and delicious. Overall I would definitely go back when in town.
