   Food and chef were excellent, but it took an hour for our waitress to start bringing out our food. The manager just made excuses instead of apologizing. Definitely will not be going back.

   For the price I paid was expecting a much better experience. Food was barely seasoned, the chef told more jokes than actual cooking tricks/show, and the waitress was not very attentive. IMO not worth the $340 I paid for 6 people.

   “My family and I had our first dining experience at Benihana in The Woodlands, and it was absolutely outstanding. The food was of excellent quality, with every dish perfectly prepared and bursting with flavor. The highlight, however, was the teppan table experience. Our chef was not only incredibly skilled but also entertaining and engaging, making the evening even more enjoyable for everyone. It was a wonderful blend of delicious food and interactive fun. We can’t wait to come back for another memorable meal. Highly recommended!”

   We waited an hour to be seated and another hour for a chef. Luckily the food was good. But not worth a $311 bill at all!

   The food was delicious. We had a birthday $30 off coupon, we tried to use it but were told that it will not be excepted because it’s Christmas. It expires on 1-1-25 so there is no way for us to use it. No where on the website or in the email did it say that the birthday coupon cannot be used at certain times. We felt that the restaurant just did not want to honor it. What’s the point of giving the birthday coupon if you cannot use it?

   Although, the waitress was delightful, she wrote our orders down incorrectly. This seemed to frustrate the cook and he seemed to be distracted during the entire “show”. Floors seemed to be extremely dirty. Food was good.

   We loved our “Chef Kool” he was easily the most personable, interactive, and funny chef we’ve had here. Loved the food as always.

   Had a 7:45 reservation. Arrived 45 minutes early and still waiting until 8:30 to be seated.

    The place is decent, the kids really enjoy it. Only complaint was the wait time. We had a reservation and weren't sat until almost 45 minutes past our reservation time. There's really no excuse for that.
