   We enjoyed a company Christmas dinner with our team. The wait staff and chef were amazing. They made us laugh and never missed a beat on service. So glad we came to this location.

   It was not busy at all, but it took 30 minutes for them to seat us when we had a reservation for 12:30. They ended up shoving 10 people at our table when they are only made for 8. Our server was forgetful and never came to check if we had everything we needed. We had to get up to go find someone to get my kids their steamed rice. The chef was fun and the food was alright. The portions have definitely gotten smaller, but the prices have gone higher. I’m not sure that I’ll be back after this experience.

   It was our first time ever going to a Benihana, and it was a bit under whelming. The staff were nice and we're attentive. However, the food was not the best it was tolerable. Personally, I had the sushi while the rest of my family had what they cook in front of you. I enjoyed my sushi, but from what I tried of what my family had on what was cooked, it was just not what we were expecting. The best wording I can put is that it wasn't the most flavorful thing. It was a fun thing to try once, but most likely not again.

   Be prepared to wait if dinner. 35 minutes after reservation time to sit. Two hours from reservation before we got food. It was a 3 hour endeavor. Food was good and staff kept apologizing. Chef was good.

   Chef said he was new. But removing food from a plate eaten off of, putting it back on grill, then to someone else’s plate was too much! Glad it wasn’t no one in my group.

   Everything in terms of food quality and table service; however, it took nearly 3 hours for our dinner experience. It appears that a staffing shortage may have been the cause. Hopefully, this was an isolated case and will be resolved soon.
