   Terrible service , took 2 hours since our reservation to get our soup , waitress never came to refill our water, no dessert was brought even though we paid for it . Will never go again

   We had amazing service! We were celebrating a birthday and they made it so fun! We never had to ask for refills, sauces, or anything. We had a great time!

   We have been coming to this restaurant for 9 years now, every year for three of our children’s birthdays. The last two years it has been in decline. This year was the worst. We were not seated until almost 40 minutes after our reservation, which I made weeks in advance. Once seated we felt rushed and the chef was impatient and seemed to not hear us when we mention our orders were being plated wrong. Then the chef became confrontational with us. Upon speaking with management, the first thing they asked is if we had complained to get a discount. We spend close to 900 dollars or more for all seven of us here every year. We weren’t looking for a discount, just good service for the price. Looks like we will be starting a new family tradition next year.

   We go here every December for my daughter’s birthday. It’s expensive but a fun experience. They give you a ton of food so go hungry!

   Had reservation but Waited 40 minutes to be sat a table... then sat at the table for 90 minutes before they had a chef available. Been there many times before and this was a terrible experience... they shouldn't have accepted so many reservations if they were short staffed ...

   First of all, our reservation was at 8:00 & weren’t seated until 8:40. Our server wasn’t sent until 9:45pm and by the time we were done eating, it was 10:30. There was literally no sense of urgency. It seems that they cared about the quantity of guests and not the quality provided. If you ask me- they’re only hiring themselves and their reputation.

   Fun time, we had a reservation and still waited about 20 minutes to be seated. Chef was fun and interactive with us (but got orders wrong still--no big deal). Very expensive for amount and quality of food, but you really go for the experience. This is a loud environment, so can be hard to have intimate conversation. Lots of options, except for vegetarians, where there are only a handful of options.

    Great experience I have noticed a consistency of lack of check in from the servers for refills or anything needed but over all it’s really great and fun for the family
