   We waited a total of two hours to get seated and start eating. The service was subpar. The entertainment value when eating there has gone down. The service took 30 minutes after waiting for an hour to get served and the food was not prepared properly. Will not come back to this location. Benihana will be one of my bottom options from now on. Disappointing

   Has 7:15 reservations. No one took a drink order till almost 8:15pm. Has a chef by 9. Done with dinner at 10pm. I get it's the Christmas season and it was busy but that was ridiculous and only to be comped an appetizer.

   Food was great, the chef and server were professional and friendly, however we waited over an hour. We had a 7pm reservation and were not seated until after 8pm. Very poor time management and lack of communication. We were continuously informed, "you'll be seated next." Was it worth the wait, not in my opinion. The only reason we waited was our two teenage children wanted the experience.

   Chef Alfredo was amazing, he was funny and very sweet to our party. All the staff was very friendly and our food was to die for

   It’s always a good time at Benihana! The chef was so accommodating with my special requests and made my birthday special. The food was over and above delicious. We will be back!

   Terrible service , took 2 hours since our reservation to get our soup , waitress never came to refill our water, no dessert was brought even though we paid for it . Will never go again

    We have been coming to this restaurant for 9 years now, every year for three of our children’s birthdays. The last two years it has been in decline. This year was the worst. We were not seated until almost 40 minutes after our reservation, which I made weeks in advance. Once seated we felt rushed and the chef was impatient and seemed to not hear us when we mention our orders were being plated wrong. Then the chef became confrontational with us. Upon speaking with management, the first thing they asked is if we had complained to get a discount. We spend close to 900 dollars or more for all seven of us here every year. We weren’t looking for a discount, just good service for the price. Looks like we will be starting a new family tradition next year.
