   Food was great / Service is terrible !!! Sat for 1 hour and only had drinks. Manager was clueless along with waitress. Had a 6:45 reservation did not sit down till 7:15 got our drink order at 7:45 no food until 8pm. Train your staff. Our at least make them pretend to care. Manager was busy doing nothing and making nothing happen. Place has gone down hill big time

   Once we were seated it was exactly as expected. The chef was a great showman, but I have seen a bit better in terms of engaging with the table. Our server was top notch and was helpful and attentive. The only gripe I have is that we had a 7pm reservation and were not seated until 7:30. This is not acceptable.

   Even with a reservation we waiting about 45 mins to be seated and then another 30 for our order to be taken.

   We eat there several times a year and the servers have not been the best lately. Tonight our sever was Nancy who was amazing- on top of it we never had wait for anything she was there. In the past it seemed like once you had your food the disappeared.

   We got the our reserved table 45 minutes late and another 35 minutes until the chef came the restaurant felt very dirty, extremely loud…. Very sad.
